Frequently asked questions

If you have a query then please check out these frequently asked questions or check out our campsite rules:

1. Can I bring a dog?  Sorry no dogs are allowed on site except for guide dogs
2. When can I set up my tent?  From midday on the Friday
3. Is there a family area in the camping field? Yes there is a family and disabled area
4. Will there be showers?  Sorry no showers on site as there is a problem with water supply, however water is available for cooking and washing
5. Can I go and visit the Castle and Science Centre?  Yes but they are not part of the event and you will have to buy separate tickets for these areas
6. Can I camp for just one night?  Yes. Day tickets and one-night camping tickets are available (£10 per person for one-night camping tickets; please note that weekend tickets come with FREE camping)
7. Can I bring a camper van?  Yes. There is a separate area for camper vans.
8. Can we have an open fire?  Sorry no open fires are allowed as this is a farm field (please see rules)
9. Will there be vegetarian food on site?  Yes! There's plenty of great veggie food available
